What the Wine? #3: Red from “Amarração do Amor/Love Spell”

What wine are they drinking in “Amarração do Amor/Love Spell”?

“Amarração do Amor/Love Spell”

At the first lunch where the families of the couple meet with each other, around the 29th minute of the film, the father of the bride makes an excuse to get the wine to go to the kitchen to complain about the mother of the groom. There he pours his heart out to his wife and daughter. Then he heads back to the room buf forgets to bring the wine. His wife hands it to him. Unfortunately I can not see the label well enough to red what kind of wine it is. Something with “Moran..” in it? What do you think it is?

Where is it from? Amarração do Amor/Love Spell is a Brazilian romantic comedy from 2021 by Caroline Fioratti, with Samya Pascotto, Bruno Suzano, Ary França, and Cacau Protásio. Check my review of the film.

*This post is part of a series where I share the wines that are consumed in movies and TV series as I notice them.

Bebel and Lucas just want a simple wedding, but the differences between their families make everything seem difficult. Lucas' parents are Umbandists, while Bebel's parents are from a traditional Jewish family. Each family has their own plans and will try to convince the couple of how the ceremony should take place.
