What else could give the (personification of) Dreams as a gift than the most expensive bottle of red wine in the world? That is what happened in the first episode of the second season of The Sandman series on Netflix, which dropped yesterdday. According to Wikipedia, the “most expensive bottle of wine sold at auction for $233,973 in 2010” was a 1869 Château Lafite Rothschild. In this episode, an 1828 bottle was given, which may exist only in dreams.
